FORCE �� our Urban Outdoor series �� combines original 3-layer CORDURA庐 nylon twill "MASTERTEX-06" with waterproof leather. The high-density nylon body carries a lustrous sheen reminiscent of a flight jacket, while metal buckles and EXCELLA zippers lend it a rugged yet refined character.
The main compartment features a 2-way design that opens wide for easy access.
Inside, a zip pocket on the back side and a mesh pocket on the front side allow for organized storage of small items.
A rear zippered compartment accommodates a laptop or tablet, making this model suitable for commuting, school, and everyday use.
Product Description
The main body fabric uses 100d CORDURA庐 semi-dull yarn for the warp and 420d CORDURA庐 bright yarn for the weft, woven into a high-density twill to achieve excellent durability and a refined appearance. It features MASTERTEX-06 nylon.
A special breathable and waterproof L-vent庐 membrane is laminated and bonded with tricot nylon, creating a three-layer structure with a water resistance of 20,000mm.
The secondary fabric uses INVISTA��s 1680D CORDURA庐 ballistic nylon, offering approximately five times the abrasion, tear strength, and durability of standard nylon. A PVC coating on the reverse side further enhances strength and water resistance.
The leather components are made from North American steer leather, infused with 3M waterproofing agent during the tanning process to ensure deep penetration. After dyeing, oiling, and shrink processing, the leather achieves a soft, supple texture.
An additional spray application of the same waterproofing agent enhances water resistance. The leather has passed SCOTCHGARD庐 monitoring tests for water, oil, and stain resistance.
These tests are conducted even after the surface is abraded, ensuring long-lasting effectiveness.
The front pocket zipper uses YKK EXCELLA, with each element carefully polished. The main zipper features a split-type design using reversed YKK METALLION庐, with subtle metallic shine visible between the tapes as an accent.
Selected areas utilize YKK AquaGuard zippers with water-resistant treatment.

Attention
If the nylon material is left wet for an extended period, the laminated film on the reverse side may peel or deteriorate. Be sure to dry thoroughly before storage.
This product is not completely waterproof. Water may enter through zippers or stitched needle holes. Please note that the leather parts may exhibit slight color variations.
Due to material characteristics, discoloration or fading over time cannot be avoided. Although SCOTCHGARD庐 waterproof treatment is applied, water penetration may still occur at seams and component joints.
