Product Description
The main body fabric is an ultra high-density nylon twill, woven with 70d yarns in the warp and 210d yarns in the weft, at a high density of 275 warp threads and 82 weft threads per inch, providing firmness and structure.
By employing a special weaving method in which the warp yarns skip two threads on both the front and back sides, the fabric achieves a soft and refined luster.
For auxiliary materials, CORDURA Ballistic庐 fabric 1680d nylon is used, offering superior durability and resistance to abrasion and tearing compared to standard nylon. Twisted yarns of 840d in the warp and 40d in the weft are paired together to further enhance strength. The surface is treated with a water-repellent finish, while the reverse side features a PU coating.
The leather components are made from eco-friendly cowhide tanned with vegetable tannins, free from hexavalent chromium and other harmful substances. The leather has passed the Japanese Leather Technology Association��s (JES) inspection standards, ensuring it is safe for the human body.
